Overview: Highly experienced data scientist and CRM specialist, focussed on the creation of business & customer insight, predictive modelling and effective processes to drive marketing and CRM strategy.
Shivani has over 10 years experience delivering professional services to clients globally, across many sectors and has worked directly with companies such as Orange and The AA.
Particular interests are in emerging applications of AI and the nascent regulations that will impact them, Data Strategy and the opportunities presented by enhanced DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.

His procurement savings products have saved clients over £5bn.
