Working in collaboration with a boutique consultancy – Warn + Co, we took the lead on an international, in-flight project tasked with rapidly  developing a three year business case and rollout plan for a global customer web portal. The final presentation helped define their future technology, service and process strategy.

A “quick-scan” of their new product launch capability identified a number of critical issues. We supported the subsequent change programme to improve the development and launch processes, project management, cost management and team structure across the Group, that will improve profitability and the quality of on-time launches.

Working in collaboration with a boutique consultancy – Warn + Co, we took the lead in planning and governing the strategic change portfolio of their global procurement transformation. We also set up a PMO capability within the function which we then aligned and integrated with a divisional PMO to provide a broader oversight capability, before handing back to the business to run. Charters and business cases were created for all programmes and we worked to ensure compliance with the banks extensive change management standards.
